A special order request allows you to find out if an item that is not in stock is available for purchase.
Many designers readily accommodate special orders. Some designers will do special orders on items that you have seen at other stores which are not displayed on the Ruby Sky web site.
When we receive a request, we contact the designer to find out if a particular item is available and the approximate date of delivery. If the item is in stock at the manufacturer, it can take on average one to two weeks for the item to be delivered to us.
We will then e-mail you with the information and you can decide whether to proceed with the order. Your credit card will only be charged when you have agreed to go ahead with the order and purchase the item. We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges of special orders.
