Special Orders

What if I don’t find the size or colour of a particular item that I want?
With some of our designers, it is possible to make special order request for an item of that collection that is in season. 

A special order request allows you to find out if an item that is not in stock is available for purchase. Many designers readily accommodate special orders. Some designers will do special orders on items that you have seen at other stores which are not displayed on the Ruby Sky web site. When we receive a request, we contact the designer to find out if a particular item is available and the approximate date of delivery.   If the item is in stock at the manufacturer, it can take on average one to two weeks for the item to be delivered to us.

We will then e-mail you with the information and you can decide whether to proceed with the order. Your credit card will only be charged when you have agreed to order and purchase the item.

We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges on special orders.

What if I don’t find the styles, sizes or designers that I like at Shop Ruby Sky?
You can fill out a customer survey to make suggestions on designers, styles, sizes and colours that you would like to see more of at Shop Ruby Sky.

 

This survey can also be found on the “Contact us” page or in your account page. We appreciate any feedback that we receive and make every attempt at meeting our customers’ needs. We cannot promise that we will implement every suggestion, but if the demand is high enough, we will definitely take it into consideration.
